Nina's lab

During "Crash of the Titans" preproduction I did many sketches for possible game locations.
One of them was Nina's floating lab that was later replaced with Neo Cortex's giant floating factory that you can see at the end of the game.
Here is the concept for Nina's floating lab;
One of early ideas was for Crash to land on island with deserted military base.

Initially I did quick sketch of man with the gun. His gun looked dark and heavy, so I decided to change it to something lighter and came up with this chrome looking piece. I think, much more appropriate for this color scheme.

This recent sketch of downtown Vancouver rooftops was really tricky to do. I was trying to capture all subtle tones of colour but sun was setting really fast and this might look unfinished...
Regardless I liked it and wanted to share it.

Galaxy / Galaksija
